All our cleaners are selected after passing background references, security checks. All our team undergo rigorous induction training programs. Induction programs include site familiarization, fire precautions, OH&S and environmental awareness. On-site training is also conducted to ensure all contract requirements are met. We recognise that every site is different and requires areas of particular attention.

Our ongoing training keeps our team up to date with any changes in materials or cleaning techniques used. Our management and supervisors carry out the ongoing training to ensure all relevant changes are introduced.
